Scavenger Hunt and House BBQ  We give you and your team of up to 4 members clues and a map and send you on a real Whistler Scavenger hunt!  Theres no better way to figure out where things are in Whistler!  A BIG team prize to the winners, and a house BBQ are great ways to end the event!  BBQ only is $5.

The Jill Ackhurst Community Welcome Dinner @ the Telus Conference Centre.  This is the famous dinner everyone's told you about.  Celebrity Whistler Chefs design and cook a slow-food menu that features food grown withing a 100k of Whistler (mostly from Pemberton farmers).  This delicious event uses locals to host tables of up to 10 people, make sure you ask them for the secrets they know about the community!

This event ALWAYS sells out, so get your tickets as soon as possible at the. To be a table host (only $3) for the event, contact welcomeweekdinner@mywcss.org to book your spot, last year we had more hosts than we could use.  The dinner begins with a Squamish Lil'wat cultural centre presentation of native dance, so be on time!  Doors open at 5pm at the Whistler Conference centre.
