Whistler's fhrift store The Re-Use-It Centre is located in Function Junction at 1003 Lynham Road and is open seven days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and until 8 on Friday nights.
Used items that are clean, and in good shape and working order are gratefully accepted during store hours.
All proceeds go to fund WCSS programs and other community initiatives. Employees and volunteers sort, price, set out and cull the donations as required. For in depth information on how the store works and where the proceeds go click here.

Unfortunately the Re-Use-It Centre is no longer able to accept mattresses, couches and other fabric upholstered furniture's, and appliances. We do accept furniture in reasonable shape.
We do now accept electronics for recycling under the Encorp Recycling program. To see what is acceptable for recycling check here.
Use our "Free to a Good Home" exchange program to try and find a new family for these items! Post your free item (with or without picture) on the bulletin boards outside the WCSS Re-Use-It Centre to try and find someone to come and get your item, rather than sending it to the landfill!!! The Re-Use-It Centre does not accept after hours donations, and leaving them outside the store creates criminal and safety issues. Please donate during our working hours! We are open 10-5:30 every day, except Fridays when we are open until 8:30.
