Access to Justice

If you are in need of a lawyer's advice regarding family law, criminal law or financial law we can help you access a local lawyer consultation. This service is for low income clients only and must qualify by providing financial information. Contact our Outreach workers Jackie, Davin or Claire to determine whether or not we can help you find answers to your legal questions.

If you feel your human rights have been violated in any manner in Whistler you may access information from the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Contact them here at BCHumanRightsTribunal@gov.bc.ca or 888-440-8844 Toll Free in BC. You may not be discriminated against on the basis of your religion, sex, age, or views.
